The 24 episode, 1982 TV drama "Shanghai Beach", staring the big chinese names Chow Yun-Fat and Gigi Zhao, has moved and impressed many chinese audiences in the past two  decades.
A new version of the drama, led by Hong Kong popular lady killer Daniel Wu and Taiwan actress Alyssa Chia, is sheduled to start shooting before the end of this year.

Although there are already many versions of it, including the 1995 film version starring Leslie Cheung and Andy Lau, none of them received a good response as the original.

Alyssa Chia will play the female lead Feng Cheng Cheng, and Daniel will replaced Chow Yun-Fat as Xu Wenqiang.

In this movie Daniel is a french cook, i laugh a lot because he's french accent is very cute but not right, I read in www.dvdrama.com in interview with Vincent Sze, he know speak french and he teach to Daniel, but it's not very good, lol. French food is very good we don't eat every day oyster, it's disgusting, i hate that, lol. This movie is very fun. In this movie you can see Terence and Andrew.

this year Daniel had lot of work, he have some time to rest up? He is very good personn he do lot of promo of association, give charity, he is very nice on this photo with this children, i imagine he and he's children, i think he love children, i don't know why.
